If an agency or referral source (such as a court, probation department, school, or diversion program) notifies Offender Solutions® that an individual is required to complete one of our programs, we may—upon request from that agency or the client—provide completion status and other relevant information.
If a client independently chooses to take an Offender Solutions® class without a formal referral, we will not notify any outside party (including judges, probation officers, parents, or school officials) of the client’s participation or completion without the client’s explicit permission.
If a legitimate referral source requests progress updates or completion status, Offender Solutions® may provide this information, regardless of whether the client enrolled voluntarily or through referral. This ensures that agencies responsible for monitoring compliance receive accurate and timely information. If, for some reason, you do not want us to communicate with the referral source, please let us know; we will make a good faith effort to comply.
Offender Solutions® will comply with any legally issued subpoena or court order requiring the release of information. Under such circumstances, we will provide the information demanded by law.
