If you are taking the Offender Solutions® online Rethink‑a‑Drink™ Alcohol Awareness / Alcohol Education class to satisfy a court, probation, school, or other requirement and the class is not accepted by the referring authority, Offender Solutions® will issue a full refund upon receiving written proof of decline.

Acceptable proof must be provided on official agency or department letterhead and signed by the judge, probation officer, school official, or other authorized referring party. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.

Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm with the court, probation office, school, or your attorney whether this online alcohol awareness class meets your/their specific requirement.

✔ General Refund Policy

If you wish to request a refund for your Rethink‑a‑Drink™ class purchase, please stop using the course immediately and contact Offender Solutions® as soon as possible.

If you have not begun any lessons in the course (“Begun” means opening a lesson or changing its status to “In Progress” or “Completed”), a refund will be issued once:

• An explanation for the purchase and refund request has been provided, and
• Your request has been received by Offender Solutions® Inc.

If you have begun any portion of the Rethink‑a‑Drink™ class, refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Offender Solutions® Inc.

If you are dissatisfied with the class, you are encouraged to contact Offender Solutions® by phone, email, or in writing to explain your concern. If, in the sole discretion of Offender Solutions®, your concern is considered valid, a full or partial refund may be approved.

As with all online alcohol education programs, it is your responsibility to confirm with the court, probation office, school, or your attorney whether this class satisfies your alcohol education or alcohol awareness requirement.
